KDEL سیگنال مربوط به پروتئینهای محلول خاص لومن ER اما KKXX سیگنال مربوط به پروتئینهای غشایی خاص ER است.رسپتورهای این سیگنالها در غشای ERGIC و CGN موجود میباشد که آنها را شناسایی کرده و در قالب وزیکول پوشش شده با COPI به ERبازمیگردانند.

Lipid raft

Every so often an issue emerges that splits the community of cell biologists into belivers.the  issue of lipid raft falls into this category.when membrane lipids are extracted from cells & used to prepare artificial lipid bilayers,cholesterol & sphingolipids tend to self-assemble into microdomains that are more gelated & highly ordered than surrounding regions consisting primarily of phosphoglycerides
